Over the summer, I collaborated with one of my clients, Elite Duck Calls, on a styled photo shoot for an upcoming magazine ad. My client had already had an idea and concept in mind so we worked together to make it happen.

The client procured real duck feathers, mallard eggs, his gorgeous Black Cherry Cache call and dried nesting material. We went through several variations of this photo: moving the eggs and the broken egg shells back and forth, adjusting the feathers to achieve the look he wanted, etc.

The result is a clean, eye-catching photo he could use for his advertising.

So for all you avid duck hunters, now is the time to take stock of your duck hunting gear and supplies!
